“Taste of Sarajevo” Food Tour

When travelling, nothing connects you more with the locals than the shared, enjoyable silence over a table full of local delicacies! And that’s exactly what we want to give you with our food tours – a walk through the history and mentality of Sarajevo, filled with plenty of typical Bosnian specialities.

GRBAVICA FOOD TOUR

Probably no other Sarajevo neighbourhood has such a turbulent history as Grbavica, which was not only shelled but occupied by enemy troops during the siege of the city. Very slowly, the inhabitants rebuilt their Grbavica after 1996 – now it is a vibrant neighbourhood with many restaurants and cafés and small green oases hidden among socialist architecture.

This food tour takes us out of touristy Sarajevo, to where the locals live, work and spend their time – and if course we’ll stop at numerous typical Bosnian restaurants where we taste local delicacies.
