Hidden within Sutjeska National Park, the lakes of Zelengora are among the most breathtaking alpine landscapes in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Surrounded by rolling green peaks and open highland plateaus, these glacial lakes offer a peaceful yet dramatic mountain experience.
This guided hike takes you across vast meadows, gentle ridgelines, and crystal-clear lakes reflecting the sky above. The area is often called the “Mountain Eyes” because of the way the lakes shimmer in the sunlight.
Far from crowds and noise, this is a pure nature escape — expansive views, fresh mountain air, and one of the most beautiful hiking regions in the Balkans.
