We have transformed our own journeys through Bosnia and Herzegovina into active, adventurous yet relaxed itineraries: accommodation, local transport, unforgettable experiences and, of course, the entire travel plan are all organised by us. You decide which activities you’d like to add to your road trip, but otherwise you’re completely independent and enjoy maximum freedom on the road. You’ll sometimes bump into other .Cheyf travellers along the way, and if you’ve booked hikes, wine tastings or other experiences, you’ll get to know our local guides and friends. It’s entirely up to you. Before you set off, we’ll send you all the details about activities and accommodation, a route plan featuring must-see attractions, and lots of great insider tips from our team. During your trip, one of our travel experts will be available to you via WhatsApp in case of emergencies – so you can relax, even if things don’t go to plan. That way, you can feel completely in safe hands.

Most of our trips are designed to be enjoyed on your own. You might, however, bump into other .Cheyf travelers on the road if you booked the same experience with us or one of our partners.

During your trip, one of our travel experts will be available to you via WhatsApp in case of emergencies – so you can relax, even if things don’t go to plan. That way, you can feel well looked after at all times.

No, unfortunately we don’t offer flight bookings. However, we’d be happy to help you choose a suitable flight.

Although we do not offer flight bookings, an airport transfer is included with every trip.

Once you have made your booking, you will pay a 30 percent deposit. You will transfer the remaining balance three weeks before your arrival. We accept direct bank transfers or payment via Pay-by-link using a credit card. You can also pay in euros, even though our tour prices are quoted in Bosnian marks.

We recommend that you take out the following insurance policies:

• Travel health insurance
• Travel cancellation insurance

Once you’ve made your booking, our travel experts will email you all the necessary information. You can view the itinerary – including the route, packing list, our team’s contact details and insider tips – via your web browser or the app, or save it as a PDF and print it out.
