Bosnian Cooking Class
Nothing tells more about the country and its people than the local cuisine – even more so when you get to know it in the home of a real Bosnian cook.
During this cooking course, you will dive deep into the culinary traditions of Bosnia and Herzegovina – in the house of a Bosnian family with a panoramic view over Sarajevo. Over a glass of wine (or rakija), you’ll learn about different local dishes – and of course have a go yourself.
In this cooking course you will prepare the most famous Bosnian dishes: sogan dolma, japrak, stuffed peppers and of course the queen of Bosnian cuisine: pita! Stretching the dough takes a bit of courage and relaxed skill, so luckily Herzegovinian wine is ready and waiting.
At the end of the course, you can enjoy the dishes together with your course colleagues and ask your hosts any questions about life in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
